Cleaning the wall: Use a clean wall or sandpaper to remove old paint dust or grease from the wall.
Repairing wall: Fill any cracks or holes with wall putty and let it dry completely.
Sanding: Sand the wall sandpaper. If the putty is dry, sand it smooth so the wall surface.
Mixing the Paint
Dilution: Distemper is a paste that must be thinned with water. Usually, you add 400 ml to 800 ml of water per 1 kg of Valpetro distemper.
Stirring: Mix it thoroughly until there are no lumps and the consistency is smooth.
Application of the wall’s first coat
Tools: Use a high-quality 5-inch brush or roller.
Method: Apply the first coat of the wall in a consistent direction.
Drying Time: Let the first coat dry for at least 2 to 5 hours.
Final Coat & Wall
Second Coat: Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first one to ensure full coverage and a streak-free finish.
